Ryan Shillington has spent the last 10 years developing Java applications professionally. He is the owner of Used Is Better, an shopping site that caters to people looking for great deals on books, CDs and DVDs. He is also co-owner of Austin Star Map which is a map of the homes of celebrities that live in Austin and their film locations.
I had this dream that I was my boss, John Renfroe. I spent the entire dream figuring out a mathematical formula to optimize the resource usage of developers. I woke up before I got a chance to see if it would work :-). I don't remember the main criteria that I used to assign a number/variable to a developer, but it was something silly, like hair color or height or something.
